Manny Alfonso is the President and Founder of the A Group Holding, LLC a full service Hispanic marketing, event and public relations agency with offices in Miami, New York and Houston. The A Group services more than a dozen clients currently, ten of which are Fortune five hundred companies. The A Group is also on as a consultant in several local, State, and Federal political campaigns. Prior to founding the A Group, Mr. Alfonso was the Chief Of Staff to former Miami Mayor, Maurice Ferre, and also Executive VP for Ferre Holdings LTD overseeing Development and Operations for Company in Honduras, Venezuela, Puerto Rico and Spain. Mr. Alfonso is a member of the board of Directors for several local and national not-for-profit organizations including; La Liga Contra Cancer, Miami Children’s Hospital, American Heart Association, Miami Heat Foundation, BB & T (Branch Banking & Trust Company) Advisory Board . Mr. Alfonso has been active in many other civic and educational institutions. Mr. Alfonso has been recognized by Cambridge Who’s Who, the South East Excellence External Partnership Award from Procter & Gamble and has received numerous volunteer awards including the South Florida Health Department Volunteerism Award and the Key to Miami-Dade County.
